iVoiceUp is a whistleblowing and case-management SaaS platform serving enterprise clients across the MENA and GCC region. As we scale our platform across multiple markets, we're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans across web and mobile
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution in close collaboration with engineering and product
- Build and improve QA processes, test coverage, and release checklists
- Use AI-assisted testing tools to speed up test case generation, regression testing, and bug triage
- Work directly with the CTO and product team to ensure release quality across the platform
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester (manual and automated testing)
- Comfortable working with AI tools to accelerate testing workflows (e.g., AI-assisted test generation, automated bug reporting, AI-powered regression tools)
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bonus: experience testing SaaS platforms, especially in compliance, GRC, or enterprise B2B software
